I just wanted to make a quick shout out and thank you to Eve and Leviathan. I had recently purchased their clip "Freeze Thy Neighbour" (a great video by the way) and experienced a problem with the download (it happens) so my file was corrupted.
I contacted them via e-mail and they swiftly rectified the situation, sending me a link to the file which I re-downloaded without difficulty.
As such, I wanted to give them more of a public acknowledgement - a little customer service and professionalism goes a long way!
