How long should a typical hypnosis session last? I have a hypnosis cd that's an hr long. Is that too long to be in hypnosis? Sometimes i would zone out during the session and even fell asleep!

If you are falling sleep then you are too tired you should be fresh and awake when hypnotising or self mediation 1hr is not long time it is up to you are self some pepole only 20mins some pepole can use for hours it is you are choice.

But donot do last late of night as you will be tired good time of day time is morning after wake up to help stimulite brain activity ready for day if you drink it would not help at al try to get all thing done before hypnosis even toylet then relax and enjoy.

Some pepole can not hypnotised as they fall a sleep which not hypnosis just they are sleepy type pepole who will never reach trance so sad
