Aside from being great animations, after watching The Incredibles 2 I was reminded that the first film's villain, Syndrome, had amongst his weapons a "Zero-point Energy" device that can freeze a person in place while they remain conscious.
Now in the sequel it features another villain named "Screenslaver" who can hypnotise people through the screen.
Maybe director Brad Bird is secretly a member of our forum?

The only way we can know for sure is if the villain in the sequel and final of a trilogy is maybe a mannequin maker or something and we get to see elastigirl transformed!
