I believe the Avengers episode you are looking for is called Super Secret Cypher Snatch (1969), where Tara King is frozen by a hypnotic gas. I've just loaded a clip from that episode to the FTP server! You're welcome.
However, I'll take Emma Peel over Tara King as my Avengers hottie any day! Emma is briefly turned turned into a robot in the 1968 episode Return of the Cybernauts, but my favorite episode is 1966's Touch of Brimstone, where Emma wears that dominatrix outfit!
