The Official Tuckerverse Update Thread

Post by Zero »

Hey folks,

So we've decided to start posting Tuckerverse (http://tuckerverse.wikia.com/wiki/Tuckerverse_Wiki) stories here on the forums. We appreciate the work Dmuk has done hosting them on the LTBSA, and now on Psynd, but we're kind of keen to get these out there. So starting this week for the next couple of week's we'll be posting a few stories we've been stockpiling for the past year or so. This week it'll be Clockwork Crisis Part 2, and next week we'll post Part 3. After that there will be a few smaller stories, and from there we'll update post pretty much as we please. This first batch won't cover everything we've done but it'll definitely cover a fair bit of it.

So right now on our new deviantart page (http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/) you can access Clockwork Crisis Part 2!

Cheers,

It's great to see that you guys are still plugging away at it and I'm looking forward to reading something new. I was beginning to worry that the lack of updates might be due to a shortage of any new material being submitted. (Getting just a little antsy to post something myself).

The one good thing about the overdue / lack of an update is that it has given me a chance to go back and catch up on some authors / stories that I might have missed the first time around. I recently sat down to read Tales from the Tuckerverse: Securing the Throne; Return to Stillsville; and the two Incredible Impromptu Mannequins follow-up stories. All are quite enjoyable reads and make favorable additions to their respectful series. Keep them coming...

Oh I should mention it's more than likely we'll all be reposting some old stories for archive purposes. We may do some 'remasterings' as well to fix some details that changed later (characters who got names later being named earlier, making actresses who changed consistent, adjusting some background details that are inconsistent). Not 100% on if/when those will go up so there's no real schedule. We most likely won't announce those here unless we're already posting an announcement for new stuff so if you've got a deviantart account (which is a good idea since we need to flag the material as adult content) I highly recommend becoming a watcher.

Edit: Okay, here's Thief remastered.

Hey folks,

In what will be the last update until we finish a few more stories, we've got 4 tales for you! Not only do we see what's up with Spydoll Inc and Susie Kim after Clockwork Crisis, but we see what's up with Patricia Mero and her clandestine group from New York, as hinted at in Clockwork Crisis Part 1, plus follow-up with the mystical cult known as the Children of Hecate.

http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/art/C ... -528631356
http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/art/T ... -528629009

As usual I'll be working hard to update the wiki: http://tuckerverse.wikia.com/wiki/Tuckerverse_Wiki to carry this new information.

While we do have a few stories still in the pipe, we're gonna hold on to them until we have a key story finished. While we don't have dates for when the updates will happen, we can confirm that the first update batch will be focused around Tucker's Wand 34 (which will address a certain character who has been MIA lately), and the second update will revolve heavily around the ITEA with multliple stories. We hope you enjoy the new stories and look forward to producing more in the future!

All five of the promised stories are now up (the links are all edited into the post above). There were delays due to some revisions as well as a vacation and an illness, but honestly I'm shocked we got it all done before October. We're potentially eyeing the next update for late December but we'll see what happens, we're starting to burn through the backlog of stories we compiled.

Merry Christmas (I've chosen not to rip off Drake's 'Stiffmas' tag)!

There's two new stories up on the Tuckerverse Deviant Art page! it's a smaller update, and by that I mean combined it's only about one hundred to one hundred and ten pages. Pff, that's nothing...

First we have a flashback tale of sorts that looks into the past of a newer character, Parker Reich, or more specifically her friend Petra Wolf, who is set to start popping up in a few upcoming stories:
http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/art/T ... -579276903

Second we have an actual Christmas story that also flashes back to Christmas of 2008, when Tasia was still suspended/on leave, and we learn a bit about someone else who has popped up a couple of times already:

Hey folks!

Been a while since we've made a post, sadly because writing just hasn't been where we'd like it this past year. Still, we've got a few new stories to share, including a couple done by Greyscribbler, a new writer.

First up is the Christmas story for 2016, focusing on Miranda and Hui and a funny little town in Germany...

http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/art/T ... -656191548

Next is the other IT Files story, this one set more recently and seeing what Tasia Spiro was up to after the events of Clockwork Crisis...

http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/art/T ... -651877250

Next up is Grey's first story, which starts the Manchester Chronicles (a series of stories focused on characters all in Manchester, just to be clear)...

http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/art/M ... -645576114

And then there's the second story, which is a follow up to the first...

http://tuckerverse.deviantart.com/art/M ... -652725222

We'll have another Grey story published in a few days as well, but I figured since the holiday story is finally up (I blame a serious back injury) I might as well start letting people know about the update now. With any luck we'll see some more stuff in the future, we did also experiment a bit with some fan fic works as well as some remasterings of old stories.

Shop til you Stop is a nice addition to the Manchester series. Good to see Holly undressed again and there???s lots of frozen eye candy throughout. I'm glad Keiran is finally loosening up a bit and enjoying his time stopping power to a higher degree. An entertaining read for sure! :D

A new one with the Manchester gang, Birthday Blues: https://www.deviantart.com/tuckerverse/ ... -754147536

What do you when you're having a lousy day at work? Do you go to visit your lesbian friend and stop time while forgetting your ex's birthday? I know someone who does...

I finished Tuckerverse and I'm currently going to the MC stories, and I'm enjoying it a lot, I've read 3 so far, and I'm happy to have more, but I would like to ask something on the wiki, there are some stories with a star(*), What would they be? And Tuckerverse really finished? For I have some doubts, for I am very curious to know what happens to Colette, if the members of Gorgon can or not overthrow Erika Stone of the company Stone, some groups appeared at the end of the story, which appeared to have some continuity, but did not appear any more, or some hypnotists, still has Petunia and the sounds of Hecate, what they will do. As I really enjoyed the stories, I had those doubts.
Before I forget, thank you very much for you and the other authors of this incredible story.

Seriously? She was very happy, I really enjoyed Tuckerverse, and I know it, and it's very difficult to do that, but out of nowhere at random times of the day I think, "But what Collete is going to do now, can she do this and that?" or "Tasia met that woman who can hypnotize people, will they ever show up again," or "When Erika Stone used the Type-7 on herself to disappear for 1 year, wonder if anyone would ever appear at the door my house "(It costs nothing to dream). It's very difficult for a story to let me think and think.
But again, thank you for your work, I know how difficult it is to write, I always wanted to write about fantasy stories, but after reading Tuckerverse, I thought of writing a similar story, but in a fantasy world, and damn, how difficult it is to write , I have the idea, and I think it's good, but I put it on paper ... and it's very difficult, so I ended up having more respect for the work of you.
