I don't have experience but this reddit thread shows some handbrake screens with settings to transcode into the PSVR format. Handbrake on the other hand is an awesome tool for converting/transcoding video formats. You're gonna have to do some reading and some testing. Good luck and let us know if you succeed!

Instead of spending time converting, I installed app "Littlstar" on PS4. Comments watching JAV VR on Littlstar:
1) Generally 3D effect is good
2) However, the 360 wrap around effect is not good, aspect ratio of the movies don't seem quite right [maybe JAV movies aren't the original source ?]
3) Watching VR porn on PS4 is Ok, but not fantastic [PS4 VR games generally work very well with PS4 VR headset]
