Either I’m going crazy, or this is a rerelease of an OLD series of time stop videos, like over 10 years old now. If that’s the case that would be amazing, those movies have long since been lost.

I suspect it's movies from the FLAA timestop series

Yep that's it exactly! Damn that's exciting, I've only ever seen one of those movies, FLAA-03 I believe. They were such difficult movies to find that I never even found the rest, man I hope they do this for all those old movies "lost to time", lol.
