SPOILER ::::>>>>

She is frozen in her secret hide-out because her Avatar isn't active. Her player is not connected to the game, so the Avatar is just standing there like a mannequin while Ryan Reynolds tries to talk to her.

The game is rebooted and during that sequence she is frozen along with other players and NPCs.

The movie makes me want to play GTA, but I don't have a current-gen or even a last-gen console :(

Nice, thanks for sharing. That scene sounds like that other scene out the twilight zone episode. Would be nice to see a clip of it once its a available. Even if you play GTA you won't really run into frozen NPCs let a lone do anything with them. In Skyrim on PC you could get a mod that let's you freeze people and proceed to rob them until they're either naked or down to their underwear (another mod). Its fun but the NPC doesn't react to it so it kind of takes a little away from the experience.

Also: Love your Screen Name, very fitting for the board. Best mainstream novel regarding time-stop methinks though it gets long in the tooth in some parts. There isn't another book like it out there.
