Yep, I got it. Last year there was a nice barrage of freezes, both FX and live, and hopefully that'll keep up.

Nothing in episode 1. Hopefully it'll come back.

Unfortunately, what with K-Bell being preggers, we probably won't see as many of her this season.

Filming's probably already wrapped so its next season I'd be worried about.

Yeah this show's really gone downhill, both in terms of freezing and just everything else. 3 episodes and nada, despite having some ample room for some. Kristen Bell is still around though, since like I said filming pretty much wrapped before the show began even airing. She's got at least 2 different logical reasons to exit though.

Not just freezing is gone but pretty much any other narrative devices they normally use. All we got were some stylized flashbacks in episode 1 with zero freezing or anything and that's been it.

So I discovered the reason why the freeze-frames are gone: the critics hated them. Sometimes I really hate critics...
