This show was from Colombia (where I'm from) and it's some sort of soap opera with a poorly made "x-files" theme. I've been trying to hunt a very rare chapter for years. One time several years ago I picked up a local TV guide where there was a description for one episode where "a guy acquired an ancient artifact that could stop time", and if I recall correctly, "he used it to capture a girl he was in love with and kept her like a doll". Unfortunately there are basically no episode guides for Latin American TV shows, since most of them don't use the "season" format, but rather they just produce episode after episode until interest wanes and the show is cancelled. Plus is very rare to find entire chapters online since this particular show was produced about 8 years ago. If anyone here knows a little more about it, maybe we can find that "jewel".

Well I found an episode that is about a timeloop (I think, the choppy editing and such made it hard to tell what was going on). Pretty sure it isn't the one you want but one of the female leads does get frozen and controlled:

Is there more to the mannequin episode? It just seems to end in the middle. The girls in the hospital were slowly becoming mannequins?

Exactly at the point where I put the link (65 seconds); a guy lifts an artifact with glowing red eyes and the guy with the bat freezes, it's way too short to figure out exactly what's going on at first glance, but once you see it you'll get it
