Last night's episode of the CW's "Arrow" had a young female victim plastinated by this week's villain as Arrow and his cop partner were powerless to stop it. She later turns up posed on a deserted street corner.
The CW has a clip were the process is revealed. I like how the fluid solidifies in the victim's mouth:

I'm not going to get into how good the scene is or compare it with other tv shows, movies or comics. I'm just grateful whenever mainstream media shows anything on this subject.

Nice find CJ. It's too bad we only get to see crime scene photos of the other victims and that the two others got away, but you're right: ANY use of the plastination concept is a rarity. Thanks for posting!
