Netflix's Altered Carbon

Just came out yesterday, binge watched it overnight. Think of this show as Westworld meets Sherlock Holmes, with a pinch of Bladerunner :D

Apart from being a high quality show with gripping visual design, great acting and screenwriting, it also features lots of nudity and body swapping technology, people injecting themselves into a high quality but brain-less body ('sleeve') through a 'stack' (storage unit for one's consciousness).

While I don't recall any freeze scenes, there were many times they showed empty sleeves that were posed in various ways like statues.

...Too bad I don't have Netflix; I didn't even know this show existed. From the looks of this trailer, there might be some cryo freezing (?) Definitely some nice visuals going on there. The plastic hibernation sacs & gooey bodies bring to mind an yet-to-be-released chapter of 'The Harvesters'. 8)

I binged watched this series over the weekend. While I really enjoyed it from an entertainment standpoint, there wasnt much there in way of freezing. I might go back at some point and pick out a few clips.
