On Episode 5 "Being Harley Quinn" Harley has a mental breakdown and is frozen in place for a good part of the episode.

In addition to there being two freezes in Season 2 (episodes 1 and 4, ice, and the first one, Harley is frozen for a few months,) it looks like we might be getting a clock king appearance in season 3, and he's done some timey wimey stuff in the animated series as well as the comics. Hope we get some good time stop out of it, because it already seems like one of us is on the writing staff!
