Cheapskate seeks artist for ASFR commission

Pretty much what it says on the tin: I'm in the process of a story about ASFR plant transformation, and I'd really like to have before and after illustrations of the female protagonist. BUT I'm on a highly restrictive budget right now, so I'd appreciate it if anyone could point me in the direction of an artist who's inexpensice and willing to take on NSFW work. You know, I've tried searching on Deviantart, but there doesn't seem to be a good way of getting direct results.

Frans Mensink https://www.deviantart.com/fransmensinkartist A real professional who cranked out a quality piece to my specs, he charges about 350 Euro for a NSFW single character piece.

DocRedfield (Scott Vaughn) https://www.deviantart.com/docredfield about $160 dollars for a full color inked panel. Felt kind of so-so about this one, but his prices are reasonable and scale downward for pencil sketches.

and DelaSilverado https://www.deviantart.com/delasilverado Not delivered yet (a year in the making!) about $500 for a multi-character scene. By far my favorite fetish artist of this type, hopefully the results are awesome.
