Hello all,
I'm a long time follower but a first time poster. Along with my freeze/mannequin fetish, I have a bit of a "thing" for wax figures as well (which seems to go hand in hand, in my mind at least). I was wondering if any of you shared this interest as well?
just wondering...

Hi, Moobious
Welcome abaord! I'm a big fan of the waxworks genre myself. It's the "original" statuephile plot, but not used as much now as it should be.
I'm not really a fan of temporary timestop or magical mannequins with seams, but I love shiny plastic coatings.

Welcome indeed.
Waxing, gilding, lacquering or hypnotic statuefication; either dipped or srayed and mounted on a pedestal.
But hey, that's just me...

Thanks guys! I have amassed quite a collection of pics over the years and was curious if anyone else had as well. I'm always looking for "behind the scenes" type pics where the figures are unclothed, disassembled, etc etc.

Welcome, Moobius!
I'm mostly in mannequins;
especially women slowly transforming into life-like looking mannequins,
eagerly anticipating their final, permanent transformation.
I like the "becoming" a mannequin, the mental and physical transformation;
while "being" a mannequin is a state of nirvana, no more worries, no more thoughts ...
and I'm one of the mannequin-to-bes,
looking for "the" (bridal) gown for my Greatest Day:
the day I become a real mannequin!
but that's me ...
