A long time ago someone posted (here?) about broaching the subject with their GFs/SOs etc. Sorry I can't reproduce it here, but basically, if you are in a committed relationship, your lover will probably want to please you.

They may just try it once, or, if your version of this fetish is not too extreme, they may be more willing to do it on a regular basis.
