Hope I'm not adding to the confusion... 
According to the Wikipedia guide, the production number is 218, which may correspond to the numbering on the torrents.
I'm only up to about 38% now, but after viewing some fragments of the video, I can see some time-stop in there.

Yeah, I'm looking for it too, the torrent numbering is confusing, the production numbers are confusing, but I'm downlong and trying to figure out which is which.

Keely is briefly a living mannequin in torrent 206 (not freeze frame)

I've uploaded two clips of the "mannequin Keely" episode. (re:Puducu)
The first clip is mostly the raw footage: I trimmed out one small segment when Keely blinks.
The second clip is a looping clip.
Both clips are encoded in DivX, and has no sound.
