A couple of years ago, someone on this site posted a music video by a band called Starfucker (also known as STRFKR). The video features a man with face-paint undressing frozen men and women in an apartment party. The party people are dressed in togas. At least that's the way I remember it.

There is an episode of Angel (the spin-off series of Buffy) that features a woman frozen mid-sex. But I warn you that it is not that great. I saw it years ago, when the episode aired in the early 2000s, and I don't remember it that well.
