One thing I've been thinking about lately is, what the longest live freeze captured on camera, without any edits or effects? How long was it?

Adia was great! One of the first creators I actively followed along with Stuckfast and Nickel Dakota. Back in (checks dates) 2007...

I'm feeling old now.

Yeah, season 1 was really well done (it helped that a 13 episode season requires very little padding, compared to subsequent 22 episode seasons ...

Several of the are in a battle, when everything and everyone around them (including the new female navigator) freezes, as they realize they are in a simulation. I think it's a VFX freeze. Not great, but not bad.

Video freeze. Not surprising, but not appealing.

The time-freezing device did indeed appear again in the finale. About halfway through the episode a World War I battle is frozen (so all dudes) but then a batch of the protagonists are also found frozen in comical poses briefly before time is unfrozen. Some actual close-ups so that was a plus ...

Sadly my Stuckfast vids are mostly on video tape, so possibly lost, at least I can`'t play them anymore.

There are means of converting tapes to digital. I think Staples and some libraries do it.

I was just sifting through some of my older video clips and reminiscing about some of the great work these two provided us in the past.

The top contender, I think, would probably be Uncharted 4. You can change "skins" to change a character's look from any point in the game (including a t-shirt and shorts for his wife, Elena, from the epilogue, though you might have to beat the game to unlock them all). The new Amazon series has an episode dedicated to timestop called Stasis (episode 3). Some decent female freezes, including a mid-sex scene. It almost felt like my old short Hourglass (without the hourglass).
