Whew, I'm so relieved. I was in mourning over the possibility of all that lost data. Thank you for all your work getting it back and for continuing to run this incredible site!

Incredible, huge thanks. A classic example of you don't know what you've got until it's gone.

Got me thinking though, is there a fire escape plan for the community here? I use this board as kinda my definitive hub. Out of habit, and the fact I've been visiting here for years, surely, but it also seems to be the main forum for both sharing and discussion of content. I've stumbled upon other things like the timestop subreddit and such, but most seem to be explicitly porn influenced.

If something were to happen here, if this were to all go up in flames, would we find each other again? So many names I know and recognize and could likely find on other platforms like DeviantArt and such, but even those sites are having mass-exodusse with policy changes and the like. MCforum and other similar sites I'd probably check. Hell, Leem, has been the master of backups & archives, and the Pygmalion Syndrome "Links" section is what I think originally brought me here years and years ago.

So my point is, I'd likely follow the same breadcrumbs to find wherever the community migrated to, but the temporary board crashes always give me a moment of fright. Like someone who has been tossed overboard at sea. Would we all drift about amongst the debris, or would we all find our way on to a new ship? These are just things that have bounced around my cranium, hahah.
