[The Freeze Fan]

The trailer for the new season of Black Mirror dropped, and it will feature some freezes.

Even if the freezes suck the show is freaking amazing, can't wait to binge watch it.

The 'big' episode so far is Episode 5, Eulogy. It's about Paul Giamatti's character literally going through memory lane using old photographs. I feel like this will be a bit of a mixed bag since early on he can't see details clearly in parts of the photo he can't directly see, so you get some creepy shots. The first freeze I quite liked is about 20 minutes in, with some cute ladies in the background. It also does a neat job mixing what looks like live freezes with FX freezes, the latter intentially looking worse and blurrier like it would in an old photograph.

So if you're looking for the freeze highlight, it's around 5 minutes starting at the 20 minute mark for Episode 5. I haven't checked the other episodes yet.

Also, probably worth noting if you watch it as an episode it can be quite the emotional rollercoaster.

The episode is so good, I forgot why I was watching it in the first place. lol

Episode 3 has a freeze scene around 37 minutes in, too. There's a brief one around 14 minutes in as well. Premise is Issa Rae's character enters an old black and white film, so these are scenes in where the film freezes. Second one at 37 minutes is longer and there's a few brief close ups of random women.
