Yes, thanks for Nora.

It‘s freezing in Brasil
Emanuela de Paula is certainly one of the most elegantly beautiful women of the world.
We managed to freeze her in midspeach. She looked a bit puzzled about that.

Since she always looks so controlled and classic, we had fun moulding her perfect face in some goofy expressions.

She still looked funny when we prepared her for the showroom.

Beauty In The UK, Part 1

Through my travels, I found that if you wanted to find anyone in England, you waited for afternoon tea. That’s how I found Jessica Brown-Findlay. She was having a cuppa.

The Downton Abbey Star looked very different is modern clothing. Her dark hair and sparkling blue eyes were intoxicating.

My team went right to work.

And then, the creative process began for me...

Emanuela 2
So what to do with you, Emanuela? Any ideas?

The beauty was ready for the preparation, still looking stupefied about what happened.

Mascara time.

Since it was so early we prepped her up in the breakfast room. Anyone for coffee?

Beauty In The UK, Part 2

The stunning actress was a beautiful muse. She was everything I’d hoped she would be. She was in fantastic shape.

She was even game for some wire work, not that she was complaining...

Beauty In The UK, Part 3

I placed Jessica in a variety of looks just to see which would work best for her final display in the museum. Fashion?

Or fantasy?

I opted to go with fantasy with Ms. Brown-Findlay. But a different kind...

Beauty In The UK, Part 5

I pulled the lovely Nora Arnezeder out of storage and I was able to two European beauties together in a shoot. Wish fulfilled.

I had just enough time for a few provocative shots.

One quick dip into the pool and we were done. Thank you Ms. Jessica. We’ll meet again.

Fun With My Staff, Part 1

Caroline had been with me from the start of this project. She’d been my makeup artist and some time model for my projects. It was time that she got a starring role.

I paused the world for her and put my hand into doing the makeup. Not bad for a novice...

I always thought she’d make for really good model. And her beauty made my job easy.

Caroline made for a great fashion model. Her classic beauty and winning smile made it easy.

To maybe shake things up a bit.
Here at the wax museum we got 4 German beauties frozen and ready for presentation. Who should go on first? Please, let us know.

Fun With My Staff, Part 3

Caroline was a perfect fit as a fashion model, just as I hoped she would. Her classic beauty and winning smile were fun to capture.

I wondered if a more risqué look would be her forte.

It was...

I finished strong with Caroline with a black and white series that highlighted a side of her I’ve never seen. A vibrantly sensual side...

I gave her a through cleaning before bringing her back into the “moving” world. After all, our travels weren’t done yet. There was work to do.

They’re all spectacular. But I cast my vote for Julia Dietze and Haley Louise Jones.

The Julia Dietze Doll
Julia had been chosen to go on first. She managed to look pretty, pretty out of it and very cute at the same time.

We had lots of fun trying out different facial expressions.

When we finally made her up, she still looked cutely out of it.

In the end we managed a look that spelled big city . Julia was born to be a doll.

Back In Germany, Part 1

I came to see an old colleague in Germany to see his latest display. I loved his new Julia Dietze display and asked if I could try my hand in making one. He gave me a new template and my team went to work.

I saw his city display and placed the blonde beauty in two country scenes.

And let her display her ballet skills.

Thanks for all the Julia.

Next in the list for the German franchise was the exotically beautiful Haley Jones. Usually very smart and determined it was a joy to see her that puzzled in her frozen form.

How would you like to be posed in our museum, Haley?

After a bit of make up she looked like the perfect wax doll.

And here comes the bride.

After seeing my colleague’s newest work in his museum, he graciously allowed me an opportunity to work on Haley Jones.

I had Caroline work her magic.

As I did my best to work mine.

Then settled for a natural look and placed her next to her fellow countrywoman, Julie.

Back In The UK, Part 1

I was back in London for another visit with Jessica Brown-Findlay. I learned to love tea time. Mainly due to the company you keep there.

It was fun to be around her again.

We got her in makeup.

And readied her outfits.

I love to see a beautiful woman in jeans.

And get her in front of my camera.

I thought of Janet Leigh in Psycho when I shot her in this.

I remember reading that she was a dancer before an injury cut that dream short. I thought that would make for a great next part of the project.

And quite flexible

Maybe it was just me, but her vacant look did it for me as we shot...
