Thanks Jay, Did anyone find the complete video of the section with the falling frozen cocktail waitress being stood back up by the announcer? That might be the best video yet.

I would also suggest looking up some of Miles Aldridges photos as he does a great job of making the women appear very mannequin or doll like.
