It is one of Guy Talon's Stuckfast Productions. He made a bunch of freeze vids for sale in the early 2000s. I hope that helps. Sorry don't know the name of the video, but it is definitely one of his.

Yes, that's from "I'll Have What She's Having", a great little freeze film, where all 4 girls freeze constantly.

While not a perfect solution you can set the speed of the player to .25 and watch it at normal speed with very low framerate.

Yeah I never really got that. I mean I understand altering the clip so it doesn't get booted off youtube, but it defeats the entire purpose of the freeze when it looks like old Benny Hill footage. I'm not really computer savvy, but wouldn't it make more sense to flip the original footage so it plays in the opposite direction with a GOM player. Worse case scenario, you play it on your screen and re-record it with vGet?

Flipping the video is getting detected now as well.

The idea is that you can play it slowed down by using the Youtube player itself.
