Ah memories...just listening to the theme song brings me back to my childhood when times were fun and life was easy.
Great find those models were hot!

has anyone checked out the new TPIR with Drew Carey to see if he picked up on Bob's idea with the mannequin showcase?

I think they stopped doing showcases like this about nine years ago. Not sure why.

All of the models changed at one point, and the feel of the showcases did too.
They don't wear stockings or pantyhose anymore, either.

Well the professional lifespan of a model's pretty finite after all. Frankly I'm amazed many of them were able to stay as long as they did. I think one was on well into her fifties!
Pity the showcases had to change.

Well THAT, I think, was an improvement. What's the point in wearing a skirt if you're gonna go cover up your legs anyway?

Look at the lines in the knees and ankles of your favorite doll or mannequin. Look at the skin tone.
Then look at the legs of a model in performance tights!

Tights / Hose that make a women's leg gleam like polished plastic are awesome. Of course they can get the shine without tights, but hose add a sparkle that just can't be replaced.
