The 3rd edition the main character main power/attack is time freezing(Temporal fist). How it works is, he freezes time, moves people and objects while time is frozen, then restarts time to see what havoc he creates. Thought it sounded pretty neat.

Hmmm, you can go to several retail sites right now and buy it.

it just means the stores have got the notice or don't care that it's been canelled.

It was supposed to be released yesterday and a bunch of other sites are saying it was released. Maybe the gamespot article named the wrong game?

Well, half-right. It is cancelled for the PS3 which makes it exclusively for the X-Box 360. I can't wait to see some gameplay.
