Of course, it can be...
...the 14th of march (3/14) wich it's like 3,14 and Albert Einstein birthday.
...the 4th day of march, wich is it's the 14% of the month
...the 22nd of July, because 22/7 is roughly pi
...the 26th of April is when the Earth has traveled 2 radians of it's orbit
...the 10th of November wich it's the 314th day of the year (9th on leap ones)
...the 21st of December at 1:13pm, because 355/113 it's another approximation of pi
