I'm working at torrenting the filmation He-Man and She-Ra series episodes that contain freeze content and the like. I've got a few downloaded already, let me go over them.

He-Man
Ordeal in the Darklands - REALLY good running freeze (ice-based)
To Save Skeletor - ice block freeze
The Ice Age Cometh - Ice freeze
The Arena - Frost-freeze
Rainbow Warrior - Ice freeze
Journey to the Stone City - Stone
Bargain With Evil - ice freeze

She-Ra
Beast Island - Paralyzing gas
Loo-Kee Lends a Hand - Timestop
Magicats - Ice block freeze
Out of the Coccoon - Paralyzing Beam
The Pearl - Ice block freeze
Time Transformer - Time Pause (pretty much pausing a video, but then you get a couple of angles instead of the usual one)
Sweet-Bee's Home - Ice block freeze
Portrait of Doom - Painting transformation (they're frozen inside them)
Assault on the Hive - Ice block freeze

Anyone know if I've missed one? When I'm done torrenting I'll post the clips on youtube.

Also, anyone know how to convert mkv and mp4 to avis or a good program for editing them? A few of the files are that format.
