Anybody know where this is from?

I've always thought it was part of an old Playboy or Penthouse pictorial.

I'm pretty sure it was from Penthouse, but not a full pictorial. Just that one small pic.

I've never seen anything more than this one pic, so likely the case; which is disappointing as it had a lot of potential : /
