Has anyone used hypnosis CDs to quit smoking and do they work? I've been hypnotized before by a professional, but that was long ago just as an experiment to relieve stress, and it worked. So I know I can be hypnotized. But can you really hypnotize yourself with a CD? I don't have the money to go to a professional because it would likely take several visits, and they aren't cheap. Just wondering if these CDs are likely to work for smoking, or if it's a crock.
