i once saw a movie from india about a guy who says "stop" and freezes people. he does this to a hot girl he likes. i dont know the title but it is from india.

I don't wish to sound discouraging here, but you are talking about one of the world's biggest film production centres... looking for a needle in a haystack would be relatively simple!
