has anyone given birth with the help of hypnosis? I am terrified of giving birth and have been told that the chances of me having a cesarean are unlikely (even though people like Posh can decide that she wants one). Anyway I have heard about hypno births and was hoping for some advice. Did you have one? Did it work? Are they available on the NHS? Its getting to the point where I would rather have a termination than go through the birth as I am absolutely petrified. Its ruining what should be a happy time for me.
