I noticed some VTS clips in some of the private FTP folders and, even though I can download them to my desktop, they only play for about twenty minutes and stop. I want to know what software plays VTS clips and where I can find such a software.

This may work, i haven't tested it, but try it and if it don't work i'll find some other places.
