I'm not a big country music fan but this one might be worth looking for. I caught the last half of it on TV about 10 years ago, so i don't remember what happens. Lee is singing in a casino when everyone else freezes. He goes around messing with things and people. It involved live freezes.
One thing I recall in particular was blowing on a woman's dice (causing her to win when time starts again) and giving her a kiss on the cheek.
