old music video w/ freezes

Hey there.
I'm a new member but long time lurker. I guess I just felt a little too embarassed to join but I suppose I want to be a contributing (even a little) member of the community too.
Here's my first contribution then.

Gloria Estefan's music video from a while back, "Don't Let This Moment End". This is probably what triggered my interest into this genre. The freezes only happen in the first third of the video. I think they're live freezes even though I thought they were cg back when I was younger. If anyone has or can find a Hi-Res version somehow that would be great for everyone.
So, I hope we can all have fun then. Haha.
