Power Rangers Dino Fury

There's a brief freeze in episode 3 'Lost Signal'. Villain of the week broadcasts a signal where everyone who looks into it looks into the monster's eyes and thus immediately freezes in place. The pink ranger along with a bunch of random women in an office get briefly frozen. The episode preview includes them unfreezing later so here's the link:

Checked the original source, and in Ryusoulger (Dino Fury's original Super Sentai counterpart) it's Medusa Minotaur, who turns people to stone via photoshop. No real victims to write home about there.

I like that more characters get frozen here but personally, I prefer Ryusoulger which is an actual petrification.
