In episode 4, in the opening scene, at around 5-6 minutes in, a club goer with time manipulation powers slows down time during a fight scene. Time slows down just enough that everyone appears frozen. There are a few club girls in the background that are standing still.

I have not finished the season, so if I see another freeze I will let you know.

The opening scene in episode 7 also contains a freeze. An Asian superhero in dark alleyway is frozen mid-battle against a white-suit villain. It is not a traditional freeze. It is a hypnosis freeze.

I'm pretty sure the time stop guy is dead. The other freeze is by a guy with Prof X type powers

You are referring to Nick of Time. He only appears briefly at the start of the episode and disappears. He isn't even mentioned after that. Maybe he will appear in season 2. Regardless of freeze content, I enjoyed the season and I am looking forward to the next one.

I thought the series was ok. Im going to check out the next season. I enjoyed Invincible on Amazon prime a lot more. No freezes in Invincible though. lol
