A good time stop episode

Hi everyone. I recall watching an episode of one TV show. It opens with the scene in which the mother reads the story to the two children before bed. The story begins with a boy and a girl who accidentally pick up a rock that can freeze time. After that, he used it with his classmates. The first is of a boy who was eating a burger, and the second is of the classroom. He stopped time and caused a classmate to be misunderstood by the teacher. It used to be available on Youtube, but now it is still not. I very much want to know that film's name. Thank you very much.
