I didn't see the movie personally but my buddies told me that the girl in the freezer tied up does get frozen solid.

I downloaded the CAM but the vid quality is horrible, couldn't make out much other than it looks like she had a sheet of ice over her face. The scene wasn't shot very well and doesn't look too promising even when the DVD-Rips come out.
