Question about what to play torrented movies

Hello, for awhile I've not downloaded torrents since my computers so slow but I decided to try it out and it finished, but when I tried to play it none of my media viewers worked (Windows Media Player and Quicktime) Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I should do?
