OK, so I found an english version on Edonkey.

I actually kinda liked it. The doll acted her part very well, and except for a couple scenes which were obviously done with a 'real' doll, she seems to have done every scene herself. The makeup was excellent. The plot was a little hard to follow, seperating reality from fantasy was awkward in some places, but I really wasn't watching it for the plot.

I think it was worth the time to watch it for the doll acting, but not really worth the download time w/ edonkey.
