This starts heading into really hypocrite directions if we say "it's OK to share X but not Y even though they're the exact same thing".

Why not just make the rule "if a producer is on these forums, it is not OK to share their material, but producers who don't post here are fair game"? That way if a producer does care, they can just ask for their material to be taken down with a single post or request, bam, problem fixed, and moderators don't have to work their asses off figuring it out and just let people share, as long as it's not stuff from, like, Cali, Robomeats, etc.

The thing is, with a Japanese big studio, we would be a unexpected fount of money, because they sell to Japanese people. I already saw some time stop manga and movies that are not possible to buy here in the west for a reason or other, and I only could read or watch because of sites like e-hentai and Xvideos.

But with western video providers, if it was for us that they are doing it, we are the fount of money. It's like if you asked for a Diana Knight's video, or a Leviathan's video, here.

But if it was free already, that's another story.

There is a big gray area regarding fetish films in foreign languages, specially those coming from Japan, such as the "timestop" series. I think it is safe to say that because of the "language barrier", producers such as V&R, Rocket and many others do not consider us as a market, so posting links to such downloads will not be forbidden for the time being. Keep in mind some Japanese producers are becoming aware of the overseas market and are beginning to release their productions in English websites, so in the future it might be necessary to review this exception on a case-by-case basis.

After checking the link, I noticed is not easy to buy it since comes from an adult amateur video aggregator that charges a fixed price in their own e-currency, but forces you to pay more than what the video actually costs in euros. So for now I'd say that video is safe, tough I prefer to hear what LH has to say about it.

i concur for now it's ok and i realise the line for sharing stuff is VERY VERY thin. if it's going to take money out of someone elses piggie bank they use to make the same film that is being shared that hurts us all.
