I believe you may have to join to view / post on the forum (it’s free) but I don’t think you have to be a member just to read the stories. Note there is a tag for time stop (ts), but not all freeze stories fall under that category, ( for example: both The Harvesters & Statue in Silicone I & II contained freeze scenes, but Simon never tagged them as such).

Nothing to get too excited over, but something for the "old-timey" freeze fans. I caught this short on TCM recently (of all places) called 'Two Hearts in Wax Time' from 1935. Not the hottest actress, but she does a very convincing job. I'd start at 00:50 mark and it lasts until she's removed from the shop floor with her partner. There's another (brief) glimpse of her frozen in the store window at 4:39. There are more living mannequins in window displays at that point, but they're all dudes, (of course).

I agree; I love it when you never see it coming (nor do the frozen targets). I thought, Aww; look at their cute little elf outfits and pointed ears. Then the 1st elf said "Freeze!" the brunette elf froze in place, and I was like ...Immediately looked for it online, as I was worried I might have missed someone else frozen in the background, or that there might be a longer version. I used "five below commercial freeze / frozen" for search words but came up empty. Then I went on iSpot TV and skimmed through all of their Five Below Commercials until I found it. The actual title is "Giving Time" which has a double-meaning (the time of year for giving / the elves & customers are suspended in time). Pretty clever title if you think about it.
