UZU-027 - Stop time! The world of time stop VS Mizuki Yayoi, Rika Tsubaki, Ena Satsuki, Aya Konami, Waka Misono

Post by JuanitoDLC »

Releasing on April April 19, 2025 at 0:00 (Japan Time). I couldn't find a preview on non-Fanza sites, but it's directed by Sasaki Uzumaki, so I have little doubt this will be good. It also has the really attractive actresses of his previous films come back, which is a huge W.

I haven't seen the whole film in detail for a proper breakdown, but here's my two cents:

Though this was directed by Uzumaki Sasaki, I'm quite conflicted with this film this time around.

Pros:
- The actresses are really pretty, and I personally think they look even better this time around (make up? plastic surgery? IDK, but it worked!)
- The long and focused takes are still present, focusing on the actress's face
- Minimal useless dialogue
- The male "molester"'s face isn't given much focus

Cons:
- 5 actresses, 100 minutes. It's bad enough *if* they broke down the film into an equal 20 minutes per actress, as there isn't enough time to fully appreciate each one... but the division is unequal, which is worse if you like a specific girl. I like Ena Satsuki (the 3rd girl in this film) and Waka Misono (the 5th girl), but they only had 10 minutes and 14 minutes respectively. While the angles focused on their faces the whole time, 10 and 14 minutes felt too short... Even Mizuki Yayoi (the 1st girl) only had 10 minutes. Rika Tsubaki (#2) had 35 minutes, while Aya Konami (#4) had around 30 minutes.

- Because of the long takes (no cuts), the actresses have to keep their eyes open the whole time. For immersion purposes, yes, that's the goal. but I feel sorry for the girls when their eyes start tearing up from dryness. It may look erotic for some to see the girl "cry", but this isn't out of "domination" in terms of the theme of the film. It's not part of the role, and as a former indie filmmaker, I can't help but sympathize with how hard these girls must be working for this.

Overall, I think this is just like a "sampler" film to give a "taste test" of the actresses instead of actually focusing on them.
