7- 3 - Cheaper by the Coven

No other freezes except that one you saw on youtube... I have the episode in higher quality... not the best as you can clearly see its a video freeze.

There used to be a youtube user who had numerous Charmed freeze clips. I had most of them in my favorites list. They seem to have vanished without a trace though.
